Mount Community Centre - Booking Enquiry
Please use this form to enquire if The Mount is available for hire. If it shows that there are no rooms available it means the hall is already booked at the time you have specified.

Please make sure that you allow enough time for setting up before and tidying at the end of your hire. You will only have access to the hall for the booked time, and there may be another booking immediately after yours, so please think about:

- Do you need to include additional time for delivery and collection of a bouncy castle or soft play equipment at the end of your party?
- Does an entertainer want to arrive early for setup?
- If you are running an exercise class do you need to allow some time either side for customers arriving and departing?
- You will need to ensure the hall is clean and tidy afterwards, so a children's party is likely to need longer to clean up than a yoga class.

When you submit this enquiry form, the time is reserved in the Mount’s calendar. Your booking will be reviewed and the details will be checked with you by email. This will double check the planned start time, duration, and price. You will then have one week to confirm or cancel the booking by responding to the email.

After you have replied confirming your booking, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an invoice email for the full amount, including £30 cleaning deposit.
